That’s Our Word for 2021
We are so thankful and grateful for each of our agents, and are especially proud to announce our agent awards for 2020.
2020 Was a Year Like No Other
As our community and company were put to the test last year, each @ Homes Agent took all of the pivots we were making like the champs that they are. We all worked together while discovering our new normal.
@ Homes Realty Group doubled in size and production in 2020, with Donna Chiroux heading up the Metro Huntsville Team. It was a seamless transition and one we are all grateful for. @ Homes finished 2020 in the top 7% of all companies in our MLS with the combined efforts of our entire team. That is a number we are very proud of! Our goal isn’t to be the biggest but to be the best we can be for our clients. Our agents work hard and lead with integrity.
Thanks to Our Clients
A huge thank you to all of our clients that believed in us and helped us make a difference in the community — something that is very important to each of us.
While we weren’t able to serve the community in person like we typically do, we were still able to make a difference. Through donations, cookie drives for frontline workers, serving food to frontline workers, collecting toys for Toys for Tots, purchasing grooming supplies for foster children and more, we still did what we love best — give back to those that need it. We love our community and that is what drives us.
Please join us in congratulating Phyllis Bowen for her #1 Top Performer Award, Dave Trueb for his #2 Top Performer Award, Whitney Stringer for #3, Brett Milde at #4, and Shannon Hoff for her Top 5 award!
Our Rookie of the Year award goes to Stacia Corbett. Stacia had a really great year — not only in production, but also stepping outside of her comfort zone. You’ll find Stacia on camera like a pro sharing her newest listings. We are so proud of you, Stacia!
Our Heartbeat Awards were presented to Jessica Peacock and Jenni Wood.
Jessica Peacock gives tirelessly to our agents through her twice-monthly accountability and coaching meetings. Through Jessica giving so much of herself, the agents thrive. She is a cheerleader and mentor that makes a difference.
Jenni Wood created a cookie drive for our local hospitals. Her goal was to collect 2,000 homemade cookies to deliver over the holidays. She surpassed her goal with a total of 3,500. A big thanks to our community and agents that supported her cause! Jenni also is creating a group: The Do Gooders. We’ll keep you posted on what she has in store. We are excited to see her work so hard to help our community.
Tyler Canoles was awarded our Team Spirit Award. He definitely mirrors our culture of work hard, play hard, and make a difference in our community. We are so grateful for his kind and giving heart!
Whitney Stringer was awarded our Most Valuable Player of 2020. Whitney gives of herself to each agent that needs it. She has created mastery classes, our Client Appreciation Drive-in event, and has pushed our entire company to be better than we were yesterday.
Sha Jarboe was awarded our highest award, The @ Our Core Award. Sha is the outgoing 2020 President of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, and is President of Valley MLS for 2021. She also serves at the state level. A big thank you to Sha for giving so much of her time to help our entire association, all of the members, our industry as a whole, and your Homies that love you!
Every member of our team is valuable and we are proud of each of their accomplishments and their dedication to professionalism, and always putting their clients’ needs first. We are looking forward to another wonderful year together! We are grateful.
