It’s truly with great pleasure that I am able to announce that Dave Trueb has officially joined the @Homes Realty team.
Really I am so happy, I could ‘literally’ pinch myself, …its not just that we have so many ‘Associate Broker’ projects that have just been sitting on the back burner waiting for realization, its because Dave is such a ‘great fit’ within the @Homes company culture.
A world of opportunity awaits, because like myself, Dave is a ‘big vision‘ kind of guy, and guys like us don’t really conceptualize our own limitations. Yes, such a mind-set is full of disappointments, that is a given, yet without it; dreams are never realized!
We’re Not a Realtor® Ranch!
We are NOT a “Recruiting Based” Real Estate Office model with commodity or pyramid like fees that reward recruiting and often times non production . . . We know that our model and culture will not fit every REALTOR® out there, in fact we are the few and far between. …and yet given multiple offers, this was one of Dave’s primary reasons for coming on board with @Homes Realty.
A Wealth of Education and Experience
Dave truly brings a wealth of education and actual field experience to @Homes Realty. A graduate of the University of Alabama and his Alabama real estate broker’s licence illustrates his underlying capabilities, while at the same time, his 9 years of activity within the real estate industry with a proven successful track-record within several industry niches tops it all off with; proven leadership and plain ole teach by example!
