I am thrilled to announce that Nick Pappas has joined the @Homes Realty Group team. Nick is a rare gem that has so much to offer consumers not only in terms of knowledge, but also the way he projects himself. Honesty and a high regard for the well being of others.
Nick and I have been friends since I first moved to the area. He was one of the first agents to befriend me at RE/MAX, the company we both worked at. Besides being my daily chocolate connection, he also became a friend and someone I had much respect for.
Welcome Nick Pappas
Nick brings over 30 years of real estate experience with him. His first experience was purchasing a 100 year old Victorian home with his father. Together, he and his dad took this home that was in major disrepair and turned it into something that was rebuilt with their hands out of love, brick by brick, by the father and son team. They later sold it for a nice profit and he was hooked.
Nick soon became a licensed appraiser in his hometown of Woodstock, Illinois. From there, he got his real estate license and then became a broker. Nick and his wife relocated to the Huntsville area 6 years ago with her job at NASA, where she is a Data Base Administrator.
Nick and his family love adventure. When not showing properties, you may find he and his wife up in the sky. Nick Pappas is a glider pilot. His wife gladly joins in and has taken pilot lessons as well. Her father was a pilot in World War II. I think it’s in the genes! If they aren’t flying through the clouds, they may be on his much loved Harley Davidson exploring the community. Nick LOVES his fat boy. Moreover, Nick is also a black belt in Aikido …wow this guy does it all!
Nick Pappas is a wonderful addition to the @Homes Realty Group. Nick is patient, kind and always there for his clients, going the extra mile. His years of experience show. I’m proud to have him on board and am confident in his ability to carry out the @Homes mission…to put his consumers first, always.
