When we started this venture, we really had no idea how successful we would be and quite honestly, we weren’t even concerned with our own “success”. Success to us is happy clients, period. Little did we know that our peers in the industry would peg us as one of the best new brokerages in the country. Little did we know that we would become known as an innovative force in the Real Estate Industry. We are one proud little company, for sure!
When our doors opened at @Homes Realty Group 6 months ago, there were 3 of us. Fast forward to today and we are 7 strong and growing. When choosing agents, I don’t consider their production. I’m not looking for “big hitters”, I’m looking for agents with “big beliefs in doing the right thing, always”. We have been poked at by competitors, saying “Where the consumer always comes first” is a joke. Trust me. Our consumers DO always come first, and we see nothing funny about that. Our focus has been and shall continue being the best Real Estate Advisers Huntsville has ever seen.
The first 6 months has brought about many challenges. Rapid web growth and consumer interest have had us all running wild. We like running wild, so it’s been a great challenge to have. We realize we need to grow, but won’t sell out for volume and gimmicks, Ever! Our focus will remain what consumers not only want, but need. Transparency! From our market reports that give a very clear picture of what is happening in the market, the good and bad, to our opinions on where the market is going, you can count on us. Always!
I have traveled extensively this first 6 months, from the East Coast to the West Coast, studying the latest in technology and bringing them home to Huntsville. From our QR Coded yard signs, to our mapped search results, as well as our web-based back-office application, we are ahead of the curve technologically. We love being a leader in this area and feel our consumers appreciate this.
To my webmaster and husband Tim, thank you! Had you not pushed me out of my nest, I wouldn’t be living this dream today. I appreciate your brilliant mind and for believing in me. My wings are growing slowly and my flights are getting longer.
