What is a Virtual Office Website (VOW)?
Basically a Real Estate Virtual Office Website is an online place of business, where real estate brokers and their agents may work directly with buyers and sellers as if they were physically present in their own brick and mortar office.
In effect a Huntsville Real Estate VOW will be a very different website when compared with current IDX based public sites. With the Virtual Office, consumers will be able to essentially access online all non-confidential information within the local MLS through their own real estate professional’s web services.

Thus to learn about comparable market analysis (CMA), days on market (DOM), price changes, tax information, sold history, and other important types of information; today’s consumers typically need to contact their real estate agent to extract this information for them.

The North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS), as required by the 2008 Department of Justice and National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement, has already begun providing additional information within their feeds for use within VOW environments and other VOW related feed changes are currently underway.
