The Neighborhoods / Subdivisions
Although located within Decatur city limits, Burningtree is really a community of its own and the home of several different neighborhoods spanning an array of different price ranges. Truly there is a home for everyone within the Burningtree Community:
One of my personal favorites is the Burningtree Valley Subdivision, you will understand why this is one Decatur’s finest neighborhoods. Burningtree Valley has beautiful luxury homes that sit on large treed lots with incredible landscaping. It is a great place for adults and kids to play, ride bikes, walk your pets and just enjoy the surrounding beauty of the neighborhood as typified in the listing sample below.

Burningtree Country Club
If your family or a member of your family is an avid gofer then Burningtree Country Club is most definitely a must visit community. With 5 tiered levels of tees, the course can be as challenging as one wishes and the fact that the course was designed by George Cobb of Augusta National Golf Club fame may also help you get a feel the challenges awaiting you at Burningtree.
Add to the Golf Course an Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, as well as restaurant and club house with many regularly planned family events and you begin to understand that Decatur Al Burningtree Neighborhoods truly represent a unique community life style.
The Burningteee Community
Burningtree is also part of the Decatur City School system. From kindergarten to 5th grades kids will attend Walter Jackson Elementary. From the 6th to 8th grade the kids will attend Oak Park Middle School, and from the 9th grade on they would attend Decatur High School one of the few International Baccalaureate schools in the state.
Burningtree is very convenient to Decatur, Priceville, as well as Huntsville, where you can enjoy all types of restaurants and entertainment. These are some points of interest you can enjoy:
