Summary

The @Homes system provides technology and marketing services via an exclusive territory agreement for the benefit of our clients. We serve only one client/partner within each exclusive territory. Your deployed system will be made up of a minimum of 3 different websites:

1. @Homes Virtual Office – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
2. @Homes Regional Website – Regional promoting multiple clients and territories
3. @Homes Client Website – Exclusive Internet property promoting only your business

Our Technology

The @Homes system is composed of three different software packages and an inherent marketing network:

1. The property listing manager, a proprietary software module, optimized for organic (i.e., free) search engine placement. The search engine optimization (SEO) automation deployed within the module is capable of indexing hundreds of thousands of keywords and unique pages within Google and other search engines from only a few thousand property listings. Our current assessment is that this package is Best-In-Class and well ahead of our competition.
2. The public marketing platform, utilizing WordPress open-source, provides you and your team services for publishing various marketing materials, lead generation forms, and interacting with your Internet visitors. The WordPress platform is the worldwide leader in blogging and website content management.
3. The private marketing platform is built upon open-source SugarCRM and has been tailored specifically for real estate sales operations. SugarCRM is the worldwide leader in open-source CRM and has similar features when compared to SalesForce.com. Lead management, opportunity conversion, email and newsletter marketing, historical sales data, revenue forecasting, and a complete Office environment including email, calendar, and documentation audit trails for every transaction.
4. The @Homes Marketing Network is the inherent result of our growing client base, and  includes several instances of our public marketing platform distributed across multiple domains and regions of the country. This facilitates a powerful but limited capability and opportunity for cross domain and regional marketing of your listings, websites, and company.

Our Services

1. Design, implement, and manage a regional website presence whereby your company will be marketed and advertised alongside other regional systems.
2. The regional domain will also host a private website containing your system’s @Homes Virtual Office (CRM software) whereby you and your staff can manage your long term customer relationships.
3. Design, implement, and manage a territory specific website presence whereby your company will be the only one marketed and advertised.
4. Initial introductory and ongoing training seminars are provided via teleconference and video. On-site training is available for clients wishing to pay travel expenses.
5. @Homes llc will host, maintain, and actively manage the on-going operation of all system websites.
6. @Homes llc will actively market your websites and company to continually increase traffic and create additional new business lead generation.
