We are NOT a \u201cRecruiting Based\u201d Real Estate Office model with commodity or\u00a0pyramid\u00a0like fees that reward recruiting\u00a0and often times non production . . . \u00a0We know that our model and culture will not fit every REALTOR\u00ae\u00a0out there, in fact we are the few and far between. …and yet given multiple offers, this was one of Dave’s primary reasons for coming on board with @Homes Realty.<\/p>\n
