{"id":8389,"date":"2010-12-24T16:40:35","date_gmt":"2010-12-24T21:40:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/athomeshuntsville.com\/realestate\/?p=8389"},"modified":"2011-01-11T08:03:43","modified_gmt":"2011-01-11T13:03:43","slug":"happy-holidays-at-homes-realty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/athomeshuntsville.com\/realestate\/2010\/12\/24\/happy-holidays-at-homes-realty\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy Holidays from @Homes Realty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I wanted to take a moment and wish all of our customers, friends, and colleagues\u00a0a very Merry Christmas. \u00a0 To me, the holidays are a time to surround yourselves with those that mean the most to you. \u00a0We are all doing just that this holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>@Homes Realty Group has been very blessed this year. \u00a0Being successful isn\u2019t just about a number of transactions &#8230;to us it\u2019s more about touching and perhaps even changing a life along the way. \u00a0We hope we have touched and made a difference in several lives this year.<\/p>\n<p>Our greatest moments of the year have come from giving back to our community:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through our involvement with the <a href=\"\/\/athomeshuntsville.com\/realestate\/2010\/09\/05\/giving-back-via-the-make-a-wish-foundation\/\">Make-A-Wish foundation<\/a> we were privileged\u00a0to have been contacted last month directly with a personal anonymous $7000 contribution to directly assist local children&#8217;s wishes come true. We were a sponsor of last year&#8217;s Make-A-Wish gala fundraiser and will continue our sponsorship and remain active at the local level.<\/li>\n<li>We were also delighted to assist many information requests we received for the Mana House through many email contacts from our website. Hubby tells me we have had 100&#8217;s of visitors a month over the past several months just to our blog post highlighting the <a href=\"\/\/athomeshuntsville.com\/realestate\/2010\/04\/11\/manna-house-huntsvilles-outreach-with-a-heart\/\">Manna House and their mission<\/a>. Just last week we received a website contact asking for assistance to deliver 500 gift packages to the Mana House.<\/li>\n<li>Some of our best moments came just a couple of weeks ago when our local office <a href=\"\/\/athomeshuntsville.com\/realestate\/2010\/12\/13\/homes-realty-group-giving-back\/\">addopted a few local families for Christmas<\/a> this year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As I sit hear surrounded by those that I love so much, I remember that many are not as lucky.<\/p>\n<p>If you have the time or means, why not reach out to someone in need this year? \u00a0It doesn\u2019t have to be financial&#8230;it could be a simple phone call to let them know you are thinking of them. \u00a0Many people don\u2019t have the gifts of family as we do. \u00a0The greatest gift a person can give is love.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all of our past and present clients and our many dedicated readers. \u00a0We are looking forward to a wonderful 2011 and wish the same to you.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Holidays from our homes to yours!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I wanted to take a moment and wish all of our customers, friends, and colleagues\u00a0a very Merry Christmas. \u00a0 To me, the holidays are a time to surround yourselves with those that mean the most to you. \u00a0We are all doing just that this holiday season. @Homes Realty Group has been very blessed this year.
