I want to take a moment and thank all of our past and current clients for believing in us and trusting us with the largest purchase or sale you will make in your lifetime.\u00a0 We at @Homes Realty believe that trust is the most important<\/strong> part of any real estate transaction, and we do thank you for trusting us!<\/p>\n

When we started this venture, we really had no idea how successful we would be and quite honestly, we weren\u2019t even concerned with our own \u201csuccess\u201d.\u00a0 Success to us is happy clients, period<\/strong>.\u00a0 Little did we know that our peers in the industry would peg us as one of the best new brokerages<\/a> in the country.\u00a0 Little did we know that we would become known as an innovative force<\/a> in the Real Estate Industry.\u00a0 We are one proud little company, for sure!<\/p>\n

When our doors opened at @Homes Realty Group 6 months ago, there were 3 of us.\u00a0\u00a0 Fast forward to today and we are 7 strong and growing.\u00a0 When choosing agents, I don\u2019t consider their production.\u00a0 I\u2019m not looking for \u201cbig hitters\u201d, I\u2019m looking for agents with \u201cbig beliefs in doing the right thing, always\u201d.\u00a0 We have been poked at by competitors, saying \u201cWhere the consumer always comes first\u201d is a joke.\u00a0 Trust me.\u00a0 Our consumers DO alway<\/strong>s come first, and we see nothing funny about that.\u00a0 Our focus<\/strong> has been and shall continue being the best Real Estate Advisers<\/strong> Huntsville has ever seen.<\/p>\n

The first 6 months has brought about many challenges.\u00a0 Rapid web growth and consumer interest have had us all running wild.\u00a0\u00a0 We like running wild, so it\u2019s been a great challenge to have.\u00a0 We realize we need to grow,\u00a0 but won\u2019t sell out for volume and gimmicks,\u00a0 Ever!\u00a0 Our focus will remain what consumers not only want, but need.\u00a0 Transparency<\/strong>!\u00a0 From our market reports that give a very clear picture of what is happening in the market, the\u00a0 good and bad, to our opinions on where the market is going, you can count on us. Always!<\/p>\n

I have traveled extensively this first 6 months, from the East Coast to the West Coast, studying the latest in technology and bringing them home to Huntsville.\u00a0 From our QR Coded yard signs<\/strong>, to our mapped search results<\/strong>, as well as our web-based back-office<\/strong> application, we are ahead of the curve<\/strong> technologically<\/strong>.\u00a0 We love being a leader in this area and feel our consumers appreciate this.<\/p>\n

To my webmaster and husband Tim, thank you!\u00a0 Had you not pushed me out of my nest, I wouldn\u2019t be living this dream today.\u00a0 I appreciate your brilliant mind and for believing in me.\u00a0 My wings are growing slowly and my flights are getting longer.<\/p>\n
