I met Tremad \u00a0Dunham<\/strong>\u00a0several years ago. \u00a0When\u00a0I sold my first home here in Huntsville and he was the listing agent. \u00a0I was a nervous wreck, unfamiliar with the area and lacked a complete knowledge of how closings were handled here in Alabama.\u00a0I was a pro in Nashville and reverted back to rookie status when I relocated.<\/p>\n

Tremad was a lifesaver to me. \u00a0He held my hand from contract to closing and bent over backwards to help ME …a competitor! \u00a0I knew then that he was special and I’m so very proud to announce that he has now joined our @Homes family.<\/p>\n

Tremad is a native of Camden County, Georgia. His hometown is only minutes from Jacksonville, Florida. He moved to Huntsville in 1995 and attended Alabama A&M University on a basketball scholarship. \u00a0After college, Tremad realized that North Alabama was the place for him.<\/p>\n

He is now a true Alabamian, with one exception- he is still a Florida Gator fan. There is no other place Tremad would rather live than Huntsville. \u00a0To all of our Alabama football fans…don’t be a Gator hater \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Tremad has been a full time Realtor\u00ae in Huntsville<\/strong> for 6 years. \u00a0He absolutely loves it, and it shows! His passion and hard work are two reasons he has been so successful. His clients feel comfortable around him and know that he has their best interest at heart. He is a joyous person that is always smiling and laughing. He believes life is too short, not to enjoy it.
