What is truly inspiring is that the store is ran by all volunteers.\u00a0 Cliff, one of the 25 volunteers, \u00a0was on duty that day and\u00a0 happily\u00a0took the time to show me many details that I would have never noticed if I had just wandered around on my own. Cliff has been volunteering his time at <strong>Harrison Brothers Hardware<\/strong> since 1991 and was a great host.<\/p>\n<p>From nails to cast iron skillets, you will find a bit of everything at Harrison&#8217;s.\u00a0 They even sell marbles which reminded me so much of my own childhood!\u00a0 You will find the store FULL of all kinds of things, including a toy section, all stocked from floor to ceiling, literally!\u00a0 I found a\u00a0beautiful crisp\u00a0linen hand towel for myself.\u00a0 There are also gorgeous old rolling ladders that reach to the ceiling for the goods nestled up high and a functioning rope elevator that is hand operated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harrison Brothers Hardware<\/strong> was a great way to spend the afternoon. Many thanks to Cliff for making it even more enjoyable by giving me such a wonderful tour!
