While staying at the Westin <\/strong>this weekend for a quick family get away, we decided to tour the Residences at the Westin.\u00a0 Paige, the onsite associate, gave us a very thorough tour. I was more than surprised at the affordability, making it a realization that in fact, this would be a wonderful place to call home. I\u00a0had assumed they would be out of most peoples price range and I could not have been more incorrect.\u00a0 With prices starting from only\u00a0$389,900 for a two bedroom, I\u00a0 now realize why they have already sold 20% of these luxurious homes.\u00a0 The HOA fees are very reasonable, beginning at $315 per month.<\/p>\n
