Stoneridge Homes takes the extra step by removing brick at the brick ledge\u00a0location, remove the mortar and re-install the brick. This process will ventilate the air space between\u00a0the brick wall and the framed wall, thus reducing the possibility of mold forming<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hybrid Heat<\/h4>

We include in all of our communities that has natural gas an energy hybrid heating system\u00a0as standard. You should be aware that electric heat pump systems are not efficient when the exterior\u00a0temperature get below 36 degrees. How about a home heating system that changes from electric to gas\u00a0when the exterior temperature gets below 36 degrees? Remember that gas heat feels much warmer\u00a0than electric heat pump systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Stoneridge Homes installs custom cabinets made of solid wood.
