Applewood Homes for Sale
Well it’s finally settled. I have been watching the development of the Applewood neighborhood in Madison AL very closely.
Not because I am in Real Estate and of course have an interest in new subdivision development, but mainly because the subdivision borders my own neighborhoods of Walden and Walden Preserve.
Applewood was originally planned and its infrastructure developed under another company and for whatever reason it took a very longtime for it to materialize.
Then the rumors went wild with all kinds of speculation, but in the end it appears that Legacy Homes from the Athens and East Limestone area have taken over and are breaking ground on the home sites.
