Madison City, Limestone County residents pay a little more in property taxes.

“Subdivisions like: Creekside at Hardiman Place, Mill Creek, Rolling Meadows, and Browns Ferry Crossing typically fall into the unique “Madison City, Limestone County” property lines, which result in slightly lower property taxes than “Madison City, Madison County”.

Madison City in Madison County Mill rate: 57.5
Madison City in Limestone County Mill rate: 60
