I met Tremad Dunham several years ago. When I sold my first home here in Huntsville and he was the listing agent. I was a nervous wreck, unfamiliar with the area and lacked a complete knowledge of how closings were handled here in Alabama. I was a pro in Nashville and reverted back to rookie status when I relocated.
Tremad was a lifesaver to me. He held my hand from contract to closing and bent over backwards to help ME …a competitor! I knew then that he was special and I’m so very proud to announce that he has now joined our @Homes family.

Tremad is a native of Camden County, Georgia. His hometown is only minutes from Jacksonville, Florida. He moved to Huntsville in 1995 and attended Alabama A&M University on a basketball scholarship. After college, Tremad realized that North Alabama was the place for him.
He is now a true Alabamian, with one exception- he is still a Florida Gator fan. There is no other place Tremad would rather live than Huntsville. To all of our Alabama football fans…don’t be a Gator hater 😉
Tremad has been a full time Realtor® in Huntsville for 6 years. He absolutely loves it, and it shows! His passion and hard work are two reasons he has been so successful. Family Man and Realtor®
Tremad Dunham‘s greatest loves are his wife and their gorgeous daughters, age 2 and 5. He believes that family is first and it shows in the way he loves his family. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet the little loves of his life on a showing. If they bat their eyes just the right way, Daddy may allow them to attend an occasional showing. I love that about him!
