The South Loop of Charlotte
Every town has its own migration and growth path often times its in multiple directions and at other times its predominately in a single direction usually to the geography of the city in question.
The same is true of our @Homes sister city of Charlotte North Carolina. Charlotte’s population likely due to the large lakes to its north and the early settlements of Matthews and Pineville has been southward. This southward migration has focused around I-485, Charlotte’s outer-loop.
Some great neighborhoods including several golf, swim, and tennis communities have sprung up around the southern outer-loop of the city. What follows is just a small selection of some of South Charlotte’s outer-loop subdivisions.
