2011 – Busy Year Thus Far
My lovely wife, Elizabeth Cooper-Golden, has been after me for sometime to put down in writing how our Huntsville Real Estate websites have been fairing thus far this year.
I have been putting it off telling her, “All is well”. …We have all been so busy, it took a few comments from regular readers and website visitors to bring us back to our senses and realize we have become neglectful of some basic yet very important tasks.
Web Presence? – Performance Beyond our Imagination
I won’t bore you with the details, you can simply click on the following image and get the jest of what we are experiencing, all I can say is: it’s roughly 2X of what our business plan set as a goal for 2011. We obviously didn’t understand how much the Internet and Real Estate are intertwined.
Yes, our web presence is very strategic, yet only 1 part of 3 main strategies in an overall business plan to reach a market share goal with a planned 10 years of effort. …Heck I’m not kidding …building a successful small business is not for weenies! …lol …However our web presence is not the most important strategy we are working, it was just necessary to setup a foundation that enables the implementation of our other strategic plans.
#1) Dominate – Local Real Estate Internet Marketing …Check!
I can search for ‘Timbuktu’ and there you are, What’s your Secret?
We get a flavor of this question almost on a daily basis as we work with colleagues, peers, customers, and clients in an out of Real Estate. The funny thing is there is no secret at all, we have a seo bible we follow to the letter in all its gory detail and we don’t wavier one iota, to venture onto the dark-side will bring sure doom over the long-term.
Yet busy is the keyword here and I have other things to do this evening so must close. …Busy? We have not only been working on our local business strategy, but recruiting additional @Homes partners from around the region, like our recently launched Carolina Home website and another I am especially proud of: The Charlotte Real Estate Center. More locations coming; another in Alabama and hopefully, once we work out the details, we will also be coming to Cajun county, Hello New Orleans!, with Nashville not far behind.
Kind Regards,
Tim
