What is the Deal of the Week?
The deal of the week post results from one of my automated search scripts alerting me to Huntsville Real Estate, whose listed price is significantly below recently sold homes and current listings with a similar location and most often even within the exact same neighborhood.
Now I will be the first to admit that at times, this automated search has taken me (and gasp, yes a few of you along with me) on wild goose chases only to discovery that the needed repairs and/or updating exceeds the potential discount. Nonetheless from time to time this search does produce the proverbial ‘diamond in the rough’.
