I was wondering if this is a place that gives out “christian” information along with the food, furniture, etc., or just a place that accepts donations (and gives) to help the less fortunate and call this a “christian” work. Thank you.

Cove Chase Church, Manna House and people who love the poor and downtrodden, Cove Chase is collecting food for the Manna House Sunday. It can include anything you can imagine in canned goods. The Manna also uses a lot of peanut butter and jelly, dogfood, cat food, vegetables, etc. If you want to donate and can’t get to the church, facebook me and I’ll come by today or Saturday and pick it up. You can also donate clothes. God bless

Please let me know as well if you can’t make it to the church, and I can come and pick up any items that you are wanting to donate. Im on facebook as Chris Welch.

Do you have a van to pick up people that don’t have a vehicle…I have a friend that is living in the Down Town Mission. He could really use some personal items such as shampoo, razor and soap…Thank you so much. God Bless!

There is a grammatical error in the second paragraph, 4th line down. You write “opens it’s doors”, but it should read “open its doors” without the apostrophe. It’s, with the apostrophe, means “It is”, which is not what you are intending to say here. I’m not trying to be critical here, but just pointing out the error.
I have been to Manna house once, and I plan to come back this week. It is a very good place to go for food when the food stamps just don’t make it through the month. Thank you for doing this.

I’ve brought donated items to Manna house twice and actually googles Manna House just now in order to find their weekly schedule so I could being more. Google brought me here to my friend Elizabeth! God is pretty cool!

I have a question about who actually is illegible for your services? Do you have to have some proof of income? Do you pay per box? Do you get to pick out your food? Can anyone get food?

Last year we helped serve Thanksgiving Dinner to the homeless. Will you be doing that again this year and if so where? Our family would like to help serve!

In reply to Dorothy Holland. Hi Dorothy, So nice to hear a response from you about Manna House. First let me say I am thrilled that you are in remission. That truly is a blessing. To answer your questions, no one can eat at Manna House, but food that is boxed or sealed in containers is always appreciated. Manna House is open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Every day is busy, so which ever day fits your schedule should be fine. My night there is Monday. If you should visit on a Monday, please find me. Bren

Lately I have brought some hot food for serving meals to families but am wondering if the food is appropriate. Do the families eat at the Manna House or is it boxed up “to go”? I have been so blessed in the recent past, with my lung cancer in remission, that I want to give back some of my blessings. I plan on bringing hot food about once a month. Is there a particular day that is better to bring the food?
