I am always amazed at the different architectures across the country and understand the use of the term ‘new historic.’ There is a similar term, ‘vintage modern’ which talks to homes built in the 1940s – 1970s that are redone to capture both that vintage feel with newer amenities. Funny how that works.

Again, a gorgeous area and you captured it so well.
