1 - Someone to Represent Your Best Interests

It’s important to have an agent who will represent YOU and YOUR interests, rather than the other party’s (or their own) interests. A good advocate will work for you in finding the right home and will fight for you to get it at the right price, as opposed to trying to close on a house as fast as possible without really looking out for you. Foregoing a home inspection can cause many headaches and added costs down the road. In real estate, every market is different and every market is changing.
