With the big snow of 2010, came big fun, creating snowmen, making snow angels and I’m sure there were plenty of good ole snowball fights in Huntsville.
@Homes Realty Group had a “Best Snow Photo” contest last week on our Facebook fan page. The initial plan was to choose one winner. Unfortunately for our checkbook, we couldn’t decide on ONE winner. We had so many creative ideas and feel like each is worthy of a win.
Each winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to Monaco Movie Theater in Bridge Street. From 10 feet tall snowmen, to a snow angel created by a client experiencing their very first snow, we fell in love with them all. Moreover we had a great photo of duck feet in the snow!
So, without further ado, I’m proud to announce our winners!
For our “Tallest Snowman” category, @Laurie Price is the BIG winner. Her snowman topped out at 10 FEET! Now that’s one tall snowman and not easy to accomplish.
For our “Best Personality” category, @Lora Elgan’s snowman will bring a smile to your face. Did you see the teeth on this guy?
For our “Best SnowWOMAN” category, @Ben Eubanks is the clear winner. We are all a bit envious of her natural curls. We’ve asked for her hair dressers name but so far, she refuses to share that info. We may take the blow dryer to her unless she coughs up that info.
For our “Most Creative” snow photo, @Suzanne Crow Haggerty takes it, hands down with her “Duck Feet” picture. We “Quacked up” when we saw that. Very creative.
For our “Smallest Snow Angel”, @Branda Bell is the winner. Her adorable daughter is all smiles while discovering the wonders of snow. Seeing life through a child’s eyes brings a smile to our faces. Thanks Evie!
Our “Largest Snow Angel” winner is @Kyle Spence. Kyle hails from Nassau, Bahamas. At only 22, he has already earned his Masters Degree and has a thriving career here in Huntsville. The Christmas snow was his first experience with the “white stuff” he had seen on TV for so many years, and only dreamed of seeing in real life. Kyle made a Snow Angel and we have the video to prove it. What a heart warming story. Kyle is an @Homes client and we think the world of him. To be so young and to have such a strong work ethic, earns him deep respect. Congrats Kyle and we hope you have more opportunities in the future to play in the snow!
Our goal at @Homes Realty Group for 2011 is to connect with our Huntsville community, make a difference in as many lives as possible and have fun while doing so.
