Redstone Arsenal will be holding an on-base job fair on Thursday, April 30, 2009, from 10am to 2pm at MWR Recreation Center, Building 3711, on the corners of Patton and Aerobee Rd.
This job fair will target a narrowly scoped audience of job seekers who already have access privileges to military facilities via Military ID or CAC card and with any held security clearance. Moreover they are looking for candidates with experience in the IT, Technical, Communications, Aerospace, Engineering, Scientific, Military, Government, Contractor Or Intelligence fields.
By pre-registering and uploading your resume at Transition Careers Website and attending the job fair you will have an opportunity to meet with 20+ different employers/recruiters and education institutions from organizations in your community and across the country. The event is designed for job seekers to have informative face-to-face discussions with each exhibitor.
Even while various defense department budget cuts are being hotly debated over the coming months, the work of securing our country will continue here in Huntsville. A brief scan today of open jobs at the Arsenal revealed 88 current openings across a wide spectrum of career fields.
