Alabama and Mississippi once again ranked in the top ten states with the fewest foreclosures ranked 41 and 46 respectively by a recent RealtyTrac report. Surrounding southeastern states didn’t fare as well: Florida ranked 4th, Georgia 6th, and Tennessee 13th.
